  1. Grab the rear left cover here and pull off, it comes off easily.

  1. Grab the rear cover here and pull to the left, it does require a TINY bit of force.

  1. Next move to the panel and remove these two screws with a Phillips head (KEEP WITH COVER)

  1. Once all the cover are removed the back of the printer should look like this (Depending on the model)

  1. Move to this section of the printer where the plugs are, the bottom white plug easily comes off when you pull it away from the printer.

  1. The top white plug may require you to use a small flat head screwdriver in the place shown and VERY GENTLY.

  1. Once the cables are unplugged, remove these 4 screws (KEEP ASIDE)

  1. After you have removed the 4 screws, hold the flap of the fuser unit as shown below, however use both hands on both sides and gently pull it toward you.

  1. When installing the new fuser unit, hold it by the top and bottom of the metal plates and slide in, it will require a little jiggling, but you want to get the metal plates flush with the frame and then screw it back in.
    1. NOTE: IF YOU PUSH TOO HARD IT CAN BREAK THE GEAR IN THE PRINTER

  1. When plugging that cable back, make sure they are like the ones shown in step 7, I needed use a small flat head to push the thin and wide plug back as shown below, ONLY PRESS ON THE PLASTIC.
  2. Once the cable a back in place, do steps 5 -2 in the reverse of how you did then before, turn the printer on and test that it is working as intended.
