🔒Internal and External Knowledge Base Article (Public Facing Document)
1. In Microsoft Edge, go to the Extensions icon at the top right. Click into Get extensions for Microsoft Edge.
2. Search for 3CX Click2Call (t will look like the below.) You can click the Get icon, then click Add Extension when prompted.
3. Once installed, you will see this pop-up. Click View Extension.
4. You should see the below screen. Ensure the following is selected. In the Web Client section, you can paste the 3CX Web Client URL (you can check for this in Relevant page or LastPass).
